Appeal Rate Dashboard
Our dashboard depicts the number of parcels (PINS) appealed to the Board of Review in a Cook County Commissioner district out of the respective district's total number of PINs. This figure will provide what is called an "appeal rate" (i.e. the number of parcels appealed to the BOR out of the total number of parcels within the district, expressed as a percentage).
